Tuna salad wrap
Keep things light with a fresh, tasty tuna salad wrap!
Ingredients:
- Whole wheat tortilla
- StarKist Albacore Tuna in Water, 6 ounce Flavor Fresh Pouch
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- Half cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- One small tomato, diced
- 1/2 avocado, sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons hummus
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
- Spread tortilla with hummus.
- In a bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
- Place tuna in the middle of tortilla.
- Top tuna with lettuce, tomato, avocado and basil.
- Roll up tortilla like a burrito and slice in half on the diagonal.

Tuna melt
A warm bubbly tuna melt is the ultimate comfort food. Here's our veggie-packed version of the classic open-faced sandwich.
Ingredients:
- Whole grain bread, 2 slices
- StarKist Albacore Tuna in Water, 6 ounce Flavor Fresh Pouch
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced red cabbage
- Beefsteak tomato, 2 thick slices
- 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Toast bread.
- Mix tuna in a medium bowl with yogurt, carrots, celery and cabbage.
- Top bread with tuna mixture and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Place under broiler for one to two minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
- Remove tuna melt from broiler and top with tomato slices.

Tuna nicoise salad

Ingredients
- StarKist 2.6 ounce Pouch of Yellowfin Tuna in Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
- 2 cups bibb lettuce
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 nicoise olives
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 1/2 cup green beans
Directions
- Fill low bowl with lettuce.
- Boil green beans for four minutes, and then drain.
- Top lettuce with tuna, egg, green beans, tomatoes, olives and capers.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
