Tuna salad wrap

Keep things light with a fresh, tasty tuna salad wrap!


  • Whole wheat tortilla
  • StarKist Albacore Tuna in Water, 6 ounce Flavor Fresh Pouch
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • Half cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • One small tomato, diced
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Spread tortilla with hummus.
  2. In a bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
  3. Place tuna in the middle of tortilla.
  4. Top tuna with lettuce, tomato, avocado and basil.
  5. Roll up tortilla like a burrito and slice in half on the diagonal.

Tuna melt

A warm bubbly tuna melt is the ultimate comfort food. Here's our veggie-packed version of the classic open-faced sandwich.


  • Whole grain bread, 2 slices
  • StarKist Albacore Tuna in Water, 6 ounce Flavor Fresh Pouch
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced red cabbage
  • Beefsteak tomato, 2 thick slices
  • 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese


  1. Toast bread.
  2. Mix tuna in a medium bowl with yogurt, carrots, celery and cabbage.
  3. Top bread with tuna mixture and sprinkle cheese on top.
  4. Place under broiler for one to two minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
  5. Remove tuna melt from broiler and top with tomato slices.

Tuna nicoise salad

  • StarKist 2.6 ounce Pouch of Yellowfin Tuna in Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
  • 2 cups bibb lettuce
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 nicoise olives
  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • 1/2 cup green beans


  1. Fill low bowl with lettuce.
  2. Boil green beans for four minutes, and then drain.
  3. Top lettuce with tuna, egg, green beans, tomatoes, olives and capers.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
