Make sure you read the nutritional information when choosing your yogurt. Some brands are packed with fat and calories. Our favorite Greek yogurt is Fage Total 0%, which contains 100 calories in each six ounce serving. One cup of fresh blueberries adds about 84 calories, for a total of 184 scrumptious calories.

Tuna and crackers
