You're probably familiar with the health benefits of having multiple mini meals throughout the day instead of stuffing yourself at breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's true. Snacking can rev up your metabolism and keep you going strong all day. The key is to make sure you don't end up eating too many calories. Here are five great snacks, each under 200 calories.

blueberry yogurt snack

Blueberries and yogurt

Creamy and sweet, a bowl of plain Greek yogurt with blueberries gives busy women like you the nutrition you need to power through your day. Make sure you read the nutritional information when choosing your yogurt. Some brands are packed with fat and calories. Our favorite Greek yogurt is Fage Total 0%, which contains 100 calories in each six ounce serving. One cup of fresh blueberries adds about 84 calories, for a total of 184 scrumptious calories.

Chocolate hazelnut butter on banana

Just because you're counting calories doesn't mean you can't enjoy a sweet indulgence. A single serving pack of Justin's Chocolate Hazelnut Butter is a rich, delicious treat that contains just 80 calories and a surprisingly low three grams of sugar. We won't tell if you just want to eat it straight out of the pack, but we like to squeeze it onto a spoon and smear it on a banana, for a grand total of around 180 calories.

Pretzels and cheese

If you like your snacks on the salty side, go for a handful of pretzels and a stick of cheese. Three satisfying Utz pretzel rods and one mozzarella string cheese give you a double dose of protein and calcium. Better yet, they do it in 200 calories -- 120 calories for the pretzel rods and 80 calories for a stick of Kraft Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella cheese.

Bagel sandwich

We think the new Thomas Bagel Thins are the best invention since... well... bagels! At only 110 calories per Bagel Thin, you can tear open a pouch of 90 calorie StarKist Low Sodium Albacore Tuna in Water and have an instant tuna sammie in seconds.
